UPDATE loan applications are now being processed on schedule, so you should get a decision more quickly, but please contact us if you've not heard within 7 days. We have had exceptional growth again this May, with more people joining Advance Credit Union than ever! There is currently a delay in processing the high volume of loan applications, don't worry - we haven't forgotten you, but it may take up to 9 days to receive your loan offer.
Members receive a text message or phone call when their loan decision is made, and we will email your loan agreement and repayment schedule so you can see exactly how much your repayments are and when your loan is fully paid. We are working as fast as we can and will contact members with loan decisions when available. Phoning to chase your decision can cause delays so best to be patient.
