About the Business
We are a small private company formed 5 years ago and currently have a lending fund in excess of £12 million. We have over 30 years lending experience in the mortgage and financial services industry.
We formed the company to cater for those being denied access to mainstream lending due to prohibitive bank criteria. Our funds are made up entirely of private investors' money with no bank input, therefore we are able to apply our own criteria which will consider any reasonable proposal. We understand the importance of giving people a financial solution they can rely on.
