Masthaven Secured Loans (MSL) is a sister company of the Masthaven Group which has a high reputation for knowledgeable, practical staff, clarity and simplicity of products and service, and friendly, fast and professional communication. Masthaven Group's history dates back to 1983 and we have been helping meet the needs of our introducing brokers' customers for many years.
MSL provides second mortgage finance on residential owner-occupied and investment property in England, Wales and Scotland. We also provide FCA regulated loans. All our lending conforms to current regulations, legislation, rules and guidance, including lending responsibly and Treating Customers Fairly.
We accept business from FCA intermediaries with Consumer Credit permissions or interim permission and, for applications for a Regulated Mortgage Contract, those with permissions to advise and arrange regulated mortgage contracts. All applications are assessed individually by our highly experienced underwriting staff.
