Secured Bridging Finance

We are 'property people' who understand the funding requirements of property developers, house builders and others who require bridging loans between £25,000 - £500,000. We enjoy repeat business with intermediaries who bring to us their 'problem' applications that other lenders have rejected. Our interest rates may be higher than those of some companies that accept only ‘easy' applications.
